🏫 ABOUT OUR SCHOOL : EMLV is a private higher education institution (Grande École in the French system) whose main campus is located in Paris La Défense, France. New campuses will open in September 2025 in both cities of Nantes and Montpellier. EMLV (EFMD, AMBA, and AACSB accredited) offers a broad range of business and management programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. The 5-year Master in Management program is fully accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education and awards a university-level Master degree (diplôme BAC+5 visé Grade Master). As part of the De Vinci Higher Education group, EMLV also offers double degree programs with complementary schools of the Group: ESILV Graduate School of Engineering and IIM Digital School. Missions

EMLV Business School (EMLV) is seeking applicants with high research and teaching potential for several positions of Assistant/Associate Professors including:

  •  Human Resource Management

  • Project Management

  • People Management & Organization

  • Organizational Behavior

The positions may also include the management of academic programs related to these fields.

 The full-time position is on our Paris La Défense campus. The main responsibilities of the appointee include the following: 

  • Manage pedagogical programs and/or courses

  • Publishing in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals (FNEGE, AJG)

  • Teaching at various levels using innovative pedagogy

  • Supervise MSc/MBA/Master students

  • Engage and participate in EMLV’s activities and school life

 

Applications will be considered until the positions are filled. Remuneration will be based on the applicant's academic qualifications and experience.

Profil

Candidate Profile
You hold a PhD from a leading academic institution and demonstrate excellence in both teaching and research in one or more of the advertised disciplines.

You have publications in journals included in the FNEGE and/or AJG rankings and are motivated to further develop an internationally visible research agenda.

You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French and familiarity with the French Grandes Écoles system are appreciated but are not prerequisites.

Beyond your academic expertise, you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary environment and contributing actively to collective academic projects.
